A hand to touch your depression

A boy looks despondent. He regrets his behavior. He keeps thinking of it, and he becomes depressed. As he is depressed, his body reacts. He has a headache and feels nausea. Suddenly one hand appears and tries to touch the boy. The boy avoids it at first. But the hand continues to approach to the boy.
